wbeHelp – Online user guide to wbe.travel’s products

We’re glad to inform you that we’ve launched the “wbeHelp” online portal to offer our clients a unified information source. We’ve gathered in just one source the up-to-date user manuals of each product, module and extension. We are dedicated to keeping our clients informed and we will regularly post updates of every single new functionality or development.

The information is structured and detailed for each module separately, to easily find the updated documentation of each module the user has enabled.

Access and user login
The portal can be accessed from this link: http://help.wbe.travel/ Each client will have a dedicated username and password for login. Please ask our support team for your unique login data.

Advanced search on keywords
To ease the process of finding the information, we’ve added a search icon on the top right corner, where you can type the keywords needed and see all the results organized by date and key information.

Intuitive menu & structure
In the new help portal, we’ve kept the design and the structure of the workspace, main menus and buttons almost the same as in the online systems that clients are using from wbe.travel. The aim was to help the users find the information as simple and as fast as possible.
